OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
APPLICATION
Sound obvious, but this is the first step.
We need: your name, email, CV, and portfolio (if applicable). If you want to up your game, we love to see a Bulk™ specific cover letter on why you want to help us shake up the world of sports nutrition.
SCREENING
Provided all looks well, our Talent team will be in touch to arrange an initial 20-minute informal chat.
It's a relaxed opportunity for a mutual introduction, covering basics like motivations, location, salary, and notice, with room for any Bulk™ or recruitment-related questions.
TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
Now comes the heavy lifting.
We conduct skills-based interviews to ensure a match in both hard and soft skills for success in this role, eliminating bias and emphasizing skillsets over experience.
Technical Interviews will be led by the hiring manager and can last anything up to an hour via Google Meet.
Remember, this (or at any stage) isn't a one-way situation. You can ask just as many questions as you're being asked. In fact, we'd welcome that.
ONSITE INTERVIEW
The final set.
You will receive a role-related brief to showcase your skills in an onsite interview at the relevant office location.
We will always give a minimum of 3 working days for the task, but please spend no more than 1-2 hours on it!
Following the presentation, you can expect a Q&A and an opportunity to ask any final questions.

In the last 15 minutes of your onsite interview, you'll be joined by 2-3 teammates, providing you with a genuine feel for our energy and culture here.
MEET AN EXEC
This one's for Head of or Director roles.
Due to the seniority level, you will round off the process with a 30-minute chat with one of our C-Suite team.
