IN A NUTSHELL

This role is a chance to join a growing Digital Trading team at the heart of a fast-moving consumer business. You’ll be working in a dynamic environment where we’re constantly pushing to optimise and scale the performance of our 16 eCommerce websites.

We’re looking for a data-driven individual who’s ready to make an impact from day one. Working closely with our Digital Trading team, you’ll help plan and deliver the trading calendar, manage pricing and promotional activity, and provide clear reporting and insights to key stakeholders across the business.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across all areas of trading, building a deep understanding of eCommerce performance while developing the skills to grow your career in a high-performing digital team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

• Support the planning and execution of the eCommerce trading calendar, ensuring key campaigns and product moments land effectively across our sites.

• Design, launch, and analyse A/B and MVT tests to learn, optimise, and continuously improve the onsite customer experience.

• Support pricing strategy by providing insights and recommendations to ensure we remain competitive and positioned at the right price point.

• Deliver clear, actionable insights to key stakeholders using Google Analytics and Tableau, helping inform trading decisions and performance improvements.

• Work cross-functionally with teams including CRM, Brand, Product, CX, and Supply Chain to drive a fully aligned approach to Bulk’s digital trading strategy.

• Support the setup and execution of promotional activity across our D2C ecommerce platform.

• Monitor the market and analyse competitor activity to identify opportunities that strengthen our trading performance.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• You’re naturally data-driven and comfortable working with a range of analytics tools to understand performance and spot opportunities.

• You know how to turn data into action - building reports, tracking performance, and using insights to guide decisions.

• A clear communicator who can share insights in a simple, compelling way and collaborate with teams across the business.

• Detail matters to you - you’re organised, precise and take pride in getting things right.

• You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with different teams to get things done.

• Curious, adaptable and always looking to learn, improve and move things forward.

• Experience in Digital Trading or eCommerce is a bonus, but not essential.

LOCATION: London
HYBRID: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
HOURS: 9-5.30pm (flexi-start), but, naturally, with the world of eCommerce you may need to jump on earlier during peak periods!
