As a part of our Data Analytics team, we are on a mission to make Bulk™ a truly data-driven company, be at the forefront of the data community, and always evolve to adopt the industry-leading best practices. Through close partnership with all teams and functions, we solve critical business problems with data, shape our company’s strategy, and empower all teammates with analytics insight to make in-time data-driven business decisions.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

• Clean and transform datasets from different teams and consolidate them using SQL, dbt and Google BigQuery.

• Build data visualisations, dashboards and alerts using Tableau, while working with key business stakeholders to define requirements. 

• Support the development of logical and efficient user journeys in Tableau to ensure easy access and use of data. 

• Extract data from different data sources including databases and APIs using Python and Google Cloud Composer.

• Automate data quality checks and be the first one to identify any issues with the data.

• Develop a strong understanding of how the business operates day-to-day.

• Supporting Tableau users across the business by answering their queries and providing training sessions

• Promote and cultivate a data-driven/Tableau culture within the company.

• Support the Tableau dashboard performance fine-tuning.

• Conduct regular Tableau training and support to ensure users are proficient in using Tableau.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• Ideally, you'll hold a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other quantitative subjects.

• A strong understanding of relational data management systems and SQL.

• Prior experience in building dashboards using Tableau or a similar BI tool.

• Enthusiastic about data analytics and business intelligence, is self-motivated, eager to learn and thrive in a fast-growing team, and determined to be the best.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, and the ability to work on your own initiative.

HYBRID: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
