IN A NUTSHELL

We’re looking for a data-driven Paid Media Executive who thrives on turning numbers into actionable insights. You'll play a key role in Bulk's PPC (Google Ads), Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing, with opportunities to explore Display, Programmatic, and other channels.

Your passion for data and automation will be key in driving innovative improvements across the business. Working across multiple markets, you'll create and manage campaigns in various languages, ensuring they are localised and optimised for a truly native marketing experience for our customers.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

• Following our in-house training programme, you will learn how to build, optimise and grow ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate networks, TikTok, and YouTube.

• You will analyse campaign results, find meaningful insights from the data and develop a science-based approach to ongoing optimisation and testing.

• You will work closely with our Senior Paid Media Manager to ensure that all campaigns follow best practices and sit in line with our acquisition strategy and growth targets.

• You will closely work with our Brand team to provide them with data-driven insights on campaign performance.

• You will liaise with key affiliate partners and prospects.

• You will closely work with our eCommerce, Product, and Studio teams to ensure the highest level of collaboration is met between all teams, as well as the company at large.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) and keen to become an expert.

• Excellent, proven numerical and analytical skills.

• Effective writing skills - European languages, in addition to English, are a big plus!

• Digital native with a personal interest in social media and online niches (e.g: YouTube).

• Strong organisation skills.

• Interest in fitness, health/nutrition, and sports is always a bonus!

HYBRID: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
