IN A NUTSHELL 

We're on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Social Media Executive to join #TeamBulk. As part of our buzzing brand team, you’ll play a key role in building strong, lasting relationships with our customers and followers.

Reporting to the Brand Manager (Social Media), you’ll be at the heart of our social strategy, working across TikTok, Instagram, and more. From crafting standout brand campaigns to spotting the latest trends, you'll help shape our presence across both organic and paid channels.

Your role will also involve community management, content creation, trend analysis, and video editing for both organic and paid social. Plus, you'll track and report results to the wider team, ensuring we keep growing and evolving.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

Lowkey chronically online

• You’re ahead of the curve, you know what’s trending before it’s mainstream, and more importantly, before it’s on Instagram. Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and new platform features to keep our content fresh and relevant.

• We need someone fearless; experiment with new content formats and engagement strategies to drive growth and engagement - this can include; captions, video formats, trends, and stories.

• Your FYP = FITNESS: Monitor all our competitors and the general industry leaders to keep tabs and make sure we’re reactive and sharp in comparison.

• Work with designers and photographers to ensure all visuals are social first - nothing else matters, does it look good in a 9:16 format?

Master Planner

• Publish content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube - on time & consistently, like clockwork.

• Brief in platform-specific content, including posts, stories and videos, that align with our brand voice: be go-to social person who educates on all things new in social.

• Own the monthly social content calendars, campaign plans and schedules.

• Writing and editing copy across social, ensuring brand's tone of voice is maintained on organic channels and paid campaigns.

Build a Community

• You genuinely care about a customer's experience and love talking to our audiences: responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.

• Become a brand advocate: foster a loyal online community - we want you to be famous via the account.

• Monitor and manage our brand’s reputation across all social channels, organic & paid - flag issues where needed and recommend replies.

• See when people comment “the social team knows exactly what they’re doing” - they’ll be saying that about you.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• Passionate about diversity in advertising.

• An enthusiastic team player with a genuine passion for TikTok, Reels, Shorts.

• Experience, knowledge, and understanding of managing social channels, with proven experience creating great social content.

• Proactively contributes ideas and support within the brand team.

• Creative thinker with a pulse on what’s trending in social media and pop culture.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Passionate about connecting with audiences and building a vibrant online community.

• Measurable demonstration of the drive to learn and develop.

HYBRID: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
