IN A NUTSHELL

We’re on the hunt for a creative, driven, and collaborative Digital Designer to join our Brand & Studio team. As our midweight designer, you’ll be responsible for delivering a wide range of digital design projects, from website creative and social media assets to CRM campaigns and digital ads.

You’ll bring hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with a sharp eye for creating fresh, impactful designs that resonate with an active, lifestyle-driven audience. This is a great step for a motivated designer looking to level up, contributing to high-profile campaigns that inspire millions to hit their fitness goals.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Design engaging visuals for our website, social media, email campaigns, performance marketing, and online advertising.

• Translate marketing briefs into considered and impactful creative solutions, balancing brand consistency with innovation.

• Develop and prototype web layouts, components, and campaign landing pages.

• Work collaboratively with the wider Marketing, Performance, and Product teams to deliver best-in-class digital content.

• Optimise designs for a variety of devices, channels, and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Stay on top of digital design trends, emerging tools, and creative techniques - and bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, supporting the Senior Digital Designer and mentoring Junior team members where needed.

• Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and meet the highest quality standards.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent digital design skills across web, social, CRM, and performance marketing.

• Proven experience (ideally 3-5 years) in a digital design role within e-commerce, lifestyle, health, fitness, or a related industry.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Solid experience using Figma for web design, component creation, and collaborative working.

• Good understanding of digital marketing principles and user experience best practices.

• Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects)

• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

• A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to manage your own workload and deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail and a naturally creative mindset.

• Passion for fitness, sports, or health and wellness is a bonus.
