IN A NUTSHELL
As we continue to expand our brand and reach, we are looking for a visionary Head of Studio (Head of Creative) to lead and shape the creative direction of the brand. This role offers the opportunity to define and elevate our brand identity, ensuring that it resonates with our target audience and strengthens our position in the market.
As the Head of Studio, you will be the driving force behind all creative output for the Bulk™ brand across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and product packaging. You will lead a talented Studio team, managing the development of visual content and ensuring that all marketing materials align with the brand's mission, vision, and values. Reporting to our Brand and Studio Director, this is a key leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to set the creative direction, manage multiple creative projects, and work closely with other departments to bring the brand’s vision to life.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Creative Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement creative strategies that enhance brand affinity, engagement, and conversion across digital, print, social media, and product packaging.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align creative direction with growth marketing, performance media, and lifecycle marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Performance-Driven Content: Balance compelling brand storytelling with data-driven creative approaches to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Asset Management & Personalisation: Design and organise creative assets optimised for personalisation across various channels, leveraging Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) for targeted content delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
- Process Optimisation: Implement efficient workflows, including content versioning, automation, and dynamic creative optimisation (DCO), to enhance scalability and performance.
- Video & Motion Design Oversight: Manage the production of engaging video content, user-generated content (UGC), and motion graphics, particularly for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Analytical Improvement: Use performance data to iteratively refine and optimise creative content, conducting A/B testing to enhance conversion rates.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Proven track record in developing creative strategies that drive brand affinity, engagement, and conversion.
- Skilled in aligning creative direction with growth marketing, performance media, and lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, personalisation).
- Expert at balancing brand storytelling with performance-driven creative for acquisition and retention.
- Deep understanding of CDP-driven creative needs, including asset structuring, tagging, and scaling for personalisation across paid media, email, and web.
- Strong knowledge of modular creative assets, automation, and DCO for A/B testing at scale.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Canva, and motion graphics tools.
- Hands-on experience with video production, UGC, influencer assets, and motion design for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Experienced in high-velocity creative production for paid channels, leveraging creative analytics and iterative testing to optimise conversion.
- Experience building and managing in-house teams and outsourcing to agencies.
- Knowledge of content workflows, DAM systems, CDP integrations, and AI-powered creative tools for scaling production.
- Background in eCommerce merchandising and product storytelling, including PDP assets and landing pages.
- Familiar with HTML/CSS for creative input on email templates and landing pages.
- Experienced in UGC-driven campaigns and influencer collaborations.
