ROLE  IN A NUTSHELL

You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of learning and driving the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology throughout the business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, programmes, and initiatives to support teammate development, in line with our values and culture, ultimately contributing to #TeamBulk's overall success.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Collaborate with the wider people team, department heads, managers, and cross-functional teams, UK and Poland, to identify training needs, performance gaps, and learning objectives, ensuring a tailored and impactful L&D approach.

• Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning programmes and initiatives, including workshops, live training sessions, eLearning, video content, and other creative and modern learning solutions.

• Ensure full compliance with all mandatory and role-specific training, particularly in relation to manufacturing operations, health & safety, and industry regulations.

• Work closely with the Polish team to co-design, adapt, and translate training materials, ensuring local relevance and consistency in learning experience across regions.

• Full autonomy of our Learning Management System (LMS) Docebo.

• Utilise psychometric tools, Insights Discovery, to support self-awareness, team development, and leadership growth.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Passion and drive for delivering training to a variety of audiences across a multi-site operation.

• Strong knowledge and experience with the OKR methodology and its practical implementation.

• Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software tools, such as Articulate 360.

• Training practitioner in Insights Discovery tool.

• Fantastic presentation skills.

• Creative mindset, capable of designing innovative learning solutions that cater to various learning styles.

• Polish speaking is an advantage, but not a must.

LOCATION: London HQ or Colchester-based (will need to travel to both), and occasionally to Wrocław
HYBRID: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
