IN A NUTSHELL 

As our Senior Merchandising Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online shopping experience for Bulk™ customers and driving revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Senior Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for helping to optimise our online merchandising strategy to ensure best-in-class product presentation and seamless customer journeys.

Working closely with cross-functional teams across Trade, Brand, Product, Digital, UX & CRO, you’ll use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and implement innovative solutions to help us reach our ambitious goals. 🚀

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

• Driving Merchandising strategy: Assist in the development and execution of our eCommerce merchandising strategy, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and maximises customer engagement and conversion rates
• Optimise our PDP/PLPs: Work with the Senior Merchandising Manager to ensure we’re offering a best-in-class user journey and maximising conversion. This will require close collaboration with our Brand, UX, CRO, and Product teams
  
• Cross-selling: Ensure our consumers are offered the right product at the right time to continually ensure we’re maximising critical merchandising such as conversion and UPO (Unique Purchase Opportunity)
  
• Online Search: Optimise our onsite search to ensure our results are maximising conversion and we’re using search to ensure we’re staying ahead of consumer trends
  
• Content Management: Use content management systems (CMS) to ensure accurate and engaging product descriptions, images, and videos are consistently up-to-date
  
• Staying ahead of trends: Stay up-to-date with eCommerce and D2C innovations, sharing insights and implementing initiatives that keep Bulk™ ahead of the competition
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams such as Trade, Product, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment on forecasting, stock availability, and managing slow-moving or clearance inventory.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• Ideally, you'll have previous hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) for managing product content, images, and videos.

• Experience or interest in eCommerce merchandising trends.

• A passion for sports nutrition/fitness health and wellbeing is a big plus!

• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies to optimise the customer journey and drive results.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Meticulous in managing product listings, ensuring all content, images, and details are accurate and compelling.

• Always considers the end-user experience when making decisions and implementing strategies.

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for product listing and detail pages to enhance customer journeys.

• Experience in managing product launches, seasonal campaigns, or promotional strategies.

• Experience in Magento (CMS) or Akeneo (PIM).

HYBRID: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
