IN A NUTSHELL
We're looking for a CRM Executive to join our Brand and Loyalty team at Bulk™. Here, you'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where we constantly strive to enhance the relevance and performance of our customer communications across all 16 of our markets.
As CRM Executive, you'll immerse yourself in enhancing customer relevance and personalisation through intelligent segmentation, crafting experiences that engage and resonate with Bulk™ customers. Reporting to our CRM Lifecycle Manager, you will hold a key position in driving the execution and evaluation of daily campaign performance across all markets.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Responsible for the delivery of all BAU comms and lifecycle automations across 16 markets including building, testing, audience segmentation, executing, and ongoing optimisations.
- Work closely with CRM Lifecycle Manager and other stakeholders to brief campaigns and see execution through from start to finish.
- Thinks ahead and generates new innovative campaign ideas and ways to improve the customer experience within the Brand and Loyalty team.
- Take ownership of the CRM weekly and monthly reporting documents, ensuring these are shared with internal stakeholders and optimised to showcase all CRM activity including email, SMS, and product personalisation performance.
- Plan in any incremental communications, ensuring these are planned effectively and delivered to targeted customer segments.
- Implement and report on A/B and multivariate testing, ensuring all tests are carried out in a measured way to ensure significance and fairness.
- Advocate a customer-centric mindset across the business.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Ideally, you'll have a degree in marketing or a related field but this is not a prerequisite!
- Previous experience in a role that involved CRM, customer loyalty, or customer retention - this includes understanding CRM campaign activations (email, SMS, and push notifications) and working with Emarsys or another ESP.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail coupled with excellent prioritisation abilities.
- Not afraid to challenge the status quo where you believe it will benefit the team or the customer.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and recommendations based on data and analysis. Ideally, you've used Google Sheets and Google Analytics as part of this!
