Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for an Inbound Logistics Manager at the Bulk™ branch in Mirków (near Wrocław). The position is fully office-based.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with freight forwarding companies to select and implement the most efficient transport solutions
• Negotiating transport terms and delivery schedules
• Overseeing the flow of goods between warehouses in the UK and the EU and suppliers
• Managing the inbound team – development, motivation, and goal achievement
• Setting KPIs and monitoring team performance
• Managing the inbound transport budget and optimizing costs
• Building relationships with brokers and ensuring documentation compliance
• Working with procurement and product teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Participating in transport-related audits (e.g. HMRC)
• Managing supply chain risks (delays, disruptions, contingency planning)
• Optimizing transport strategy and unit costs
• Collaborating with the supply chain team on inventory management

• Monitor and improve supplier compliance and delivery performance.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the supply chain/logistics industry
• Advanced level of English
• Practical knowledge of import and export processes in the EU and the UK
• Familiarity with systems and procedures such as: TRACES, Export Health Certificates for products of animal origin, SIVEP, Chamber of Commerce
• Proficiency in Google Sheets
• Experience in a trading or freight forwarding company
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving

Nice to have:
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage
• Ability to work with logistics tools (e.g. Zencargo)
