Due to the dynamic growth of the company we are looking for a person for the position of Junior Accountant at the Bulk™ branch in Mirków.

Responsibilities:

• Verifying and posting supplier invoices and credit notes in line with procedures  (including formal and accounting checks).
• Performing three-way matching (POs/Invoices/goods receipt) - Netsuite software.
• Managing the electronic document flow system (DMS) and working with Comarch Optima accounting software.
• Preparing payments and reconciling bank statements.
• Monitoring goods received not invoiced and open purchase orders.
• Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments (receipt, price and damage queries).
• Archiving documents.
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Educational background in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role,  including the processing of inventory invoices.
• Understanding of VAT regulations (including domestic and international purchases: import & WNT)
• Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English (for collaboration with international teams).
• Good skills in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Netsuite, Comarch Optima) is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, commitment, and teamwork skills.
