You will have a generalist scope of responsibility and enjoy getting involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. What will you be doing?  

• Partner with relevant stakeholders, advising on ER issues, best practice and development strategies from a commercial and people perspective

• Coordinate people initiatives that align with our values and drive engagement at all levels

• Support business initiatives and change management from a people perspective

• Lead People projects to deliver continuous improvement in the department and across the business

• Oversee the compilation of all People metrics, utilising these insights to inform decisions.

• Collaborate across the business to ensure that our workspaces are conducive to a positive teammate experience.

• Ensure all current policies and procedures are kept up-to-date and in line with employment legislation

• Responsible for People systems, ensuring that data is accurate, reliable and appropriately protected in line with GDPR

 What are we looking for?

• An experienced people practitioner who has experience working with and advising teammates at all levels. Preferably in a fast-paced and multi-site operation.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proven ability to handle ER issues effectively and efficiently

• Strong experience with change management and employee communications

• Hands-on and proactive approach to work with the ability to work on own initiative

• Professional, friendly and approachable manner

• Keen interest in employee engagement and retention with the initiative to propose new ideas and implement positive changes

• Meticulous attention to detail

• A passion for all things fitness and nutrition is advantageous.

Our Hybrid Working Pattern: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
